These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site jayrajputuniversity.com and the Zero-Cost Affiliate Marketing: Secrets to Organic Growth course, provided by JR Nexus Solutions FZ LLC operating Jay Rajput University. By purchasing or using the Course you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Course.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to purchase the Course.
2. The Course
The Course is a digital educational program teaching an organic affiliate-marketing method through pre-recorded video lessons, recordings and downloadable resources. It is provided on an "as is" educational basis. We may update, add to, or improve Course content over time.
3. Account & access
- On successful payment you receive login credentials and/or a secure access link. Access is personal, non-transferable and for a single user.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Sharing, reselling or distributing your access is strictly prohibited and may result in termination without refund.
- Our platform uses anti-piracy protection; suspicious activity may lead to suspension.
4. Payment
The Course price is ₹6,999 (one-time payment; no recurring or hidden charges). Payments are processed via Stripe (card) or UPI (arranged over WhatsApp). All prices are inclusive unless stated otherwise. Access is granted after payment is confirmed.
5. Intellectual property
All Course content — videos, text, resources, templates, branding and materials — is the intellectual property of JR Nexus Solutions FZ LLC and is protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the content for your own learning. You may not copy, record, download (except resources expressly provided for download), redistribute, publish, sell, or create derivative works from the content.
6. No guarantee of results
The Course teaches a method; it does not guarantee any income, earnings or specific results. Your outcome depends on your own effort, skill, consistency and market conditions. Please read our Earnings Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Third-party platforms & tools
The Course references third-party platforms and tools (e.g., ClickBank, BuyGoods, PipelinePro, Mobirise, social networks). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those third parties, their availability, pricing, or their terms. You use them at your own discretion and risk.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site or Course, including: attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping, reverse engineering, sharing credentials, or using the content for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JR Nexus Solutions FZ LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or Course, or from decisions you make based on the content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Course.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JR Nexus Solutions FZ LLC, its founder and team from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Course.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms (including credential sharing or piracy), without refund.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable UAE courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
